What shipping method do you use?
We'll ship by EMS(Express Mail Service) which is Speedy, Safety, Reasonable method for international shipping and covers a large area of the world.
Can you ship to my country or area?
Please refer to Lists of Countries and Areas Covered by EMS (Express Mail Service).
If your country or zone is not in the list, we cannot ship by EMS. Please ask us whether it is possible to ship for you.
What payment method do you accept?

If you already have paypal account, you can also pay from paypal balance on your account.
I can't find the items I want. Can I request?
Yes! We'll try to lay in a stock of any items you want, not only comic goods but also whatever else.
Please feel free to request your desired items by inquiry form or request topic.
How long does it take to ship?
If items are in-stock, we'll ship in 3-5 business days.
If items are out-of-stock, we'll inform you of expected delivery date by e-mail.
Can I Track my Package?

How can I cancel orders?

    You can cancel orders that haven't been "in process" or "shippled" status on the order tracking pages.

    * To cancel orders

    1. Sign in and go to account details
    2. Click "Order history"
    3. Click "Order number" which you want to cancel
    4. Click "Cancel this order" button on the order tracking page

    Orders that have been "in process" or "shipped" can not be modified and the "Cancel this order" button will not appear.
